Sales Operations

How Team Matick is Taking Action to Put Safety First

The most important priority for us is the safety of our guests and team members.  Here is a partial list of some of the precautions we have put in place to assure your visit and experience is safe and positive:

FOR OUR GUESTS

  • Social distancing markings are located on the floors so you have adequate space between our team and any other guests.
  • We haave rearranegd our guest lounge to provide at least 6 feet of space between each guest seat.
  • All high-traffic touchpoints, restrooms, countertops, door handles, vending machines and the like are disinfected hourly.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout our facility.
  • Your vehicle will be disinfected before being serviced, and once returned to you.
  • Team members wear protective gear, including face masks and gloves.
  • Matick team members have their temperatures taken daily and abide by our COVID-19 screening process before being allowed to work.
  • No handshaking between team members and guests. We will still give you a warm Matick greeting but, with a polite head-nod vs. handshake.

FOR OUR TEAM

  • Personal protective equipment is being supplied to our team members to assure their safety.
  • We have expanded the ability to work remotely, where possible.
  • We provide 24/7 access to healthcare experts with no-cost virtual visits.
