Went in for an oil change Friday morning at 9:25am for a 9:30am appointment. It took 2 hours for an oil change as I left the dealership at 11:25am. A complete waste of time for making an appointment. The wifi didn't work so I was unable to work, and you get terrible cell service in the building. After 2 hours of waiting they returned a dirty car for a $67 oil change.
Kevin was open and honest right from the start. He listened to what we wanted and delivered as promised. We will continue to build our relationship and I will refer people who wish the same experience. We appreciate you Kevin. Thank you for not being like your competitors. That kind of approach starts at the top and works it way down. A big shout out to Mackenzie the GM for creating a positive work culture. Well done.
When we were looking for an SUV, we stopped in at Matick. John Duritza helped us out. We leased an SR5. He did a great job! Also, Matick service has been great!
The van I was looking for was sold just before I got there, but before I walked away disappointed we found an even better option for me and my family. Was a good process, and prices are fair on the lot. Would recommend

Communication errors u never asked for a diagnostic.. i needed a screw put in.. i needed a diagnostic checked into for the brakes..you charged me a diagnostic for a problem i already knew.. gave me nothing on brakes.. I hope to have a relationship that grows throughout the years but do better with communication. I paid 180 bucks for something i didnt need. That =robbery.
Things are going down the drain at Matick. Four months ago they busted censors in my tires while installing 4 new tires and 4 and a half-hour waiting time. I never say any bad things about the guys at the front desk, especially Martin and Fillip; they are genuine and very kind. The problem is with the guys who fix the car inside. Today I went to change the battery for my RAV4, and I am not happy because I hear clicking while driving and I hope it is not electric. I opened the hood when I got home and I found ...
We were unsure about what model to get and even unsure about what make. After researching our options Toyota Highlander was the best fit for us. Randal our salesman was knowledgeable and professional the entire time. We test drove a couple vehicles before deciding on the Highlander. The entire process was quick and painless. Repair customers be advised that they will charge you an extra 3% fee on your bill if you pay by credit card, apparently starting 2 weeks ago. I did not know this until I went to pick up my vehicle from service for it's 30,000 mile service work.

Best dealer in Michigan! We drive from Southfield, Michigan to Matick Toyota for all repairs (35 miles), for a long time. Martin and Filip are OUTSTANDING! Friendly, professional, caring and knowledgeable. There is a salesman there that I have taking a liking to because he also seem so friendly and always on the ball. If I decide to purchase a vehicle, he would be the person I'd chose - Nicholas Richards.
I recently purchased my second car at Matick Toyota. On both occasions I had the pleasure of working with John Duritza. John made both purchases as easy for me as possible. He explained options that were new to me and answered all my questions. This recent purchase was quite different than my past car models and changing car styles can be challenging. I know I can contact John in the furture for more information if necessary. I will recommend John Duritza to other Toyota customers.

Very happy with my overall experience at Matick. Selected a RAV4 on Monday, filled out all the paperwork, and went back Friday to pick it up. Went in yesterday to look at a Tacoma for purchase. Was helped by Randal and he was amazing, went through all my options with the Tacoma and when that didn’t seem to be an option for me he was extremely patient in showing other possible vehicles and working with me to get the best deal possible. I ended up walking out with a Toyota Camry that I love and am happy with!
