Pete wasn't too pushy, very professional. I was in and out as quickly as possible. Pete was very knowledgeable, he even helped me on his day off. I would recommend him to anyone.
They sold a car from underneath us after having our insurance switched to the car, then were unwilling to compensate in the slightest. Im not sure if it was just the sales rep, or the manager but I'm thoroughly unimpressed with this business.RESPONSE:we were waiting approval from the bank for the first car we looked at (2017 Hyundai Accent), so said our sales person, when the car was sold to someone else 4/3/2018. We were firmly committed to, and have turned in everything the sales person asked plus had switched insurance as per the sales persons instructions. We then tried again with a 2016 Mazda 6 hoping to get a little cooperation with it, since the first car we had transferred insurance to was sold while we were waiting for approval. we then suggested alternative financing Today 4/5/2018 for the 2016 Mazda. I don't wish to call anybody a liar, but maybe you were misinformed.
Could not have asked for a better sales experience!! The gentleman i worked with was named Matthew (Matt). He knew the product (Toyota) very well but wasn't afraid to look up facts either online or through the brochure on the car i was looking for. While i ultimately did not purchase a car from this dealership (only because the vehicle i wanted didn't come in AWD) I was treated with respect and courtesy that is hard to find in many dealerships. Matt was forthcoming and honest right out the gate and held no details back when it came to pricing. If you are in the market for a Toyota, or even a good used vehicle that has been thoroughly inspected and tested, go to this dealership, you will NOT be disappointed. Their Sales manager was pretty awesome too. Him and Matt kept in touch with me via text to make sure got all of the facts i needed and they tried very hard to get the vehicle i wanted from other dealerships. It just wasn't in the cards. Go here if you want to be treated with respect and leave feeling like you spent your money well.
This place is good. Bought a used car from them. Top notch staff. They offer you water, coffee, probably more, I stopped them at water. Matt is an awesome rep. I wouldn't call him a salesman since he didn't try to sell me anything. He just asked what I needed and helped me get it, which was excellent. Their bank is also pretty willing to take a chance on bad credit if you put enough down. Lisa from finance and Ashley did great jobs too. Thanks everyone!

The experience at Matick Toyota M59 was awesome. Mike Grzanka spent as much time as we needed answering our questions and showing us several vehicles because we were not exactly sure what we wanted. I recommend Matick Toyota for their sales people and pricing. We were unable to find anyone in Michigan, Ohio or Pennsylvania able to beat their prices.
I was pleasantly surprised with this dealership. I was greeted right away, they took my RAV4 for an oil change, tire rotation, topped off all fluids, etc. they were done and my car was washed in 30 minutes or less. Love their service department and will most likely buy my next vehicle from them.
