Customer Service is outstanding. Hal is an excellent salesman who listens to the customer and what they want. Brian in the service department is the best and excels in customer service. Your Toyota will seldom need anything other than an oil change, but any contact with Matick ensures excellent customer service.
My husband just surprised me with the Toyota RAV4. Our salesman, Mike, was just awesome ?? He took the time to walk me through not only how to operate all the features but how to sync my iPhone. He then set up all the iPhone features for me. I was extremely pleased with the service, attention, competence and attitude. Thank you Mike ?

Really Friendly Staff and Dealership - We had a great experience getting our new RAV4 from Matick Toyota. The dealership staff there were friendly from the person who greeted us to when we signed paperwork to when we took our new car home. It was easy and we never felt pressured. They respected our time and the price they gave us in an email was exactly what it was when we got there.

Shortly after buying our great Prius, my wife experienced problems closing the trunk due to a injury that caused loss of range in her shoulders. Mike Riess put the service department in motion and tried a couple of things until he was satisfied the trunk strap they added (at no cost) was going to work for her.Thanks to all at Matick Toyota service department and to Mike Riess for making it happen. We LOVE our car!
